Odessa College comprises three primary academic schools, each offering a diverse range of programs to cater to students' educational and career aspirations:

School of Business and Industry: This school provides programs designed to equip students with practical skills and knowledge applicable to various sectors, including business, industry, and technology. School of Liberal Arts and Education: This school encompasses a broad spectrum of disciplines, including art, child development, teacher education, language and world cultures, mathematics, music, photography, psychology, sociology, social sciences, substance abuse counseling, speech and communications, theatre, and communication and media. Programs are designed to foster critical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of cultural and societal dynamics, preparing students for careers in education, the arts, social services, and more.
